• Be gentle. It is the strong that are gentle.
• A few days ago, as I was coming out of a coffee shop, a lady asked me if she could say a prayer for me. I said yes. She said some beautiful words. I was surprised and humbled when she said I had a gentle soul. She was a perfect strange… Coincidentally, I work every day on that.

Last night I visited Masthead Brewing and the Noble Beast Brewery. Both breweries had a West Coast style IPA on their tap list. Both offerings were good, but the Noble Beast IPA was the clear winner. It was brewed with New Zealand hops. I’m pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve had an IPA that wasn’t brewed with hops from the Pacific Northwest. If you come to Cleveland, give the Noble Beast a try.

As I was wandering back from my brewery tour, I dropped into an Irish Pub. Before I knew it, I was engaged in interesting conversation with a nice group of folks visiting Cleveland from California. We exchanged some great stories. They were very curious about my journey so I shared this website with them. By the way, thank you very much for the Manhattan.
